We’ve just released the two maintenance versions 18.2.10 and 19.2.9. They’re available for download in the repositories for subscription customers.
18.2.10 and 19.2.9 are mainly bugfix releases and solve some issues with the Bareos Director crashing (memory access violation), a memory corruption when autolabeling, WebUI login, backup/restore of CephFS mounts, and the File Daemon’s LDAP plugin.
We’ve have also upgraded the VMware VDDK (Virtual Disk Development Kit) to version 7. Our Bareos VMware plugin is now able to back up virtual machines running on vSphere 6.5, 6.7, 7.x and the following major version.
There are new packages available for the following Linux distributions:
- Ubuntu 20.04 (only for Bareos 19.2)
- SLES 15 SP2
- openSUSE Leap 15.2
- UCS 4.4
