Bareos 20.0.4: Maintenance Releases

We’re happy to announce Bareos 20.0.4. The release includes some new features as well as bug fixes. It’s available for download in the repositories for subscription customers. As usual, all sources are available in our GitHub repository.

Bareos 20.0.4 now offers packages for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 15.3 and openSUSE 15.3.

The new Bareos release also updates Python DIR and SD plugin base classes to the modernized Python plugin API. We’ve also fixed a bug which occasionally occured when a non-busy, but blocked drive is unloaded (NULL volume name). For FreeBSD, we’ve added checks for file flags in CMake.
